For agencies and teams looking to hire a Project Manager with A3.

What type of digital talent hiring support do you offer?

We support a growing community of freelance UX/UI designers, copywriters, marketers, analytics specialists, project managers, scrum masters, engineering managers, product managers and more. We can tap into our network and help assist agencies, teams and shops in finding a full-time or part-time contract candidate fit. We are not a recruiter so there is no extensive vetting process. However, we do vet each candidate who joins our community at large.

How do agreements work?

For each candidate referral, your contractor service agreement or full time employment offer should be confirmed with the candidate directly, not with us. We do not handle or sign any contractual paperwork.

Are there any fees for your help with hiring?

We charge a small percentage based finder’s fee per hire if we help connect a freelance or FT candidate with a team. Because A3 is both a community space and a collective, the finder’s fee applies to anyone who refers an internal opportunity directly from an agency or a digital team. It is very important that anyone who brings a good opportunity forward is thanked for their effort and connection! This reciprocity is also what makes our community special and allows is to blossom and grow.

Agencies and teams should sign up to become a member of the A3 community. Once you join, we can highlight and distribute your resourcing needs within our network introduce you to PMs who are interested in your role and let you go from there. Our goal is to grow a community. We also do not wish to limit your ability to network with PMs directly if you need to hire more than one. But we are there to assist and support - as part of a community. We are not recruiters and do not follow recruitment hiring practices or offer those services.

How are you different from our other professional communities/memberships?

We actively try to grow a quality network of digital professionals in tech and the agency space and we actively aim to connect freelance digital talent by using a more funnelled approach v. open networking. As part of this, we keep a tab on everyone’s capacity, possible fit and much more. For agencies, we also want to be a sound board on solid digital production processes, agency ops, possibly new business and more. Its all about growing and elevating value both ways! Last but not least, passion! Passion to do work that’s beyond the projects and the business itself! But to connect, collaborate and grow together!

How do you process payments?

As a Canadian company, we charge a small finder’s fee in the respective currency of the agency’s location (where taxes may/may not apply). We can process payment via PayPal, Stripe or another payment platform.

What if we want to hire more than one candidate?

Awesome! If you join our community then we can connect you to multiple candidates for multiple roles - we are all for it!
