A3 originally started under the name Junior Lab in 2021 as a consulting service that focused on PMO (project management operations). Founded by Senior Digital Project Manager, Julia Kozlov, the site also had a regularly updated job board which very quickly became popular. From this, grew the Slack community which is currently 170+ members strong. The vision behind All About Agency is to grow our community into a central hub for agency teams to find vetted digital project management talent for both internal hire and consulting - with a focus on freelance. We are modernizing and simplifying the way teams can connect to vetted digital talent by taking a community approach when it comes to networking.

Our community of 170+ strong members is mainly comprised of digital project management professionals as well other other project leads (product mangers, ops directors) and agency founders/hiring managers. We continue to mainly focus on building the community with a focus on project management while at the same time also building out our designer and developer talent pools as well to better support agency teams.

The main inspiration and the real reason why the A3 community exists is to pass it forward when it comes to sharing project management related work opportunities. We connect vetted folks to great agency teams through the power of referral and networking. This is truly meaningful way to connect great people together and one we take great pride in. We put a lot of time and effort into curating our weekly job board, trying to attract strong talent and carefully vetting each members so that this community becomes a trusted space for all agencies and digital talent. We are going beyond recruitment by using the power of community and word of mouth.
